Return Policy

Shipping Costs:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as the responsibility for the goods until they reach our warehouse remains with the sender.

Refund Information

Once the return is received and inspected, we will process the refund for the value of the purchased item.

Important note on shipping costs: The refund applies exclusively to the purchase price of the item. The shipping fee paid at the time of the order is non-refundable. This is because the shipping fee represents a service that is fully executed and completed upon delivery of the goods; as such, this cost is retained to cover the logistics service already provided.
